Government Contract Pipeline Intelligence
We are building a cross-reference of the SAM.gov contract pipeline with congressional trading data.
→ Track upcoming contract opportunities — before they are awarded
→ See which stocks Congress is buying before each contract closes — the ultimate pre-award signal
→ Estimated award dates, competing companies and RFP deadlines — all in one view
→ Sources: SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, Congressional budget justifications
→ When several members of an oversight committee buy a contractor’s stock weeks before a big contract closes — you want to know
The pattern it will surface (illustrative, not a real filing):
Several members of a committee that oversees an agency buy the same contractor's stock in the weeks before that agency awards a large contract. Today you would have to notice that by hand.

How it works

From disclosure
to decision

Congress members must disclose stock trades within 45 days under the STOCK Act. We make that data actionable in hours.

1

Disclosure is filed

Members of Congress file trades with the House or Senate clerk. We ingest these filings automatically as soon as they're published.

2

AI enrichment

Each trade is cross-referenced with committee assignments, recent votes, and legislation the member has sponsored. Conflict scores are generated automatically.

3

You get alerted

If the trade matches one of your alerts, an email digest is on its way the same day — we sync new disclosures twice daily. Your dashboard always shows the latest filings.

4

Make informed decisions

Use our portfolio simulator, AI analysis, and sector charts to turn raw disclosure data into actionable investment intelligence.

What this will do: match upcoming federal contract solicitations and awards against every congressional stock filing, so you can see when members trade the stock of a company that is bidding for — or has just won — a government contract they may have oversight of. No preview numbers are shown until the integrations are live.

What you get

What the data reveals

Everything you need to track, analyse, and act on congressional trading data — in one platform built for edge-seeking investors.

2×/day
Sync and alert cadence

New STOCK Act filings are pulled twice a day, and alert digests go out right after each sync — the same day a filing enters our database.

535
Members of Congress covered

Every sitting senator and representative — House and Senate — monitored across all disclosed stock transactions, 365 days a year.

7.8k+
Trades in our database

Years of historical disclosures, fully searchable by politician, ticker, sector, party, committee, and trade size.

90
Highest conflict score ever recorded

Our highest-scoring filing so far: a Boeing Company (BA) trade by Patrick Fallon, a member of the Armed Services committee, scored 90/100 on committee overlap, trade size and disclosure delay. It measures the appearance of conflict — not wrongdoing.

609
Stocks with their own public page

Every ticker that appears in a congressional filing gets a profile: which members trade it, how often, at what size — refreshed with every sync.

2014
Where the archive starts

Every disclosure since 2014 — 7,847 filings by 198 members — searchable by member, ticker, sector, party, committee and trade size on Pro.

Why Trade The Hill

What makes us different

The differentiator
See the conflicts, not just the trades

We flag when the members buying a stock are the ones who regulate it — the committee-oversight overlap that other trackers miss. That's the difference between a list of trades and actual intelligence.

The source
Every trade sourced and dated

Built entirely on public STOCK Act disclosures — real filings, real dates, no rumors. Every data point traces back to an official congressional record you can verify yourself.

The promise
Intelligence, not hype

We decode and score what Congress is doing with its money — we don't promise you'll get rich. A clearer view of the public record, not financial advice.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this data public? +
Yes. Under the STOCK Act (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act) passed in 2012, members of Congress must disclose all stock transactions over $1,000 within 45 days. We collect these public filings and present them in a structured, searchable format.
How quickly do you update disclosures? +
Our data provider monitors House and Senate disclosure portals continuously; we sync, score, and publish new filings twice every day. Set an alert on any stock or politician and you'll receive an email digest whenever newly disclosed trades match — on every plan.
What does the conflict-of-interest score measure? +
Our AI scores each trade on a 0–100 scale based on the proximity of the trade to the politician's committee assignments, sponsored legislation, and recent votes. A score of 80+ suggests the trading member has regulatory or informational oversight of the companies they're trading.
Is the portfolio simulator a real investment account? +
No. The portfolio simulator is a hypothetical backtesting tool that shows what your returns would have been if you had mirrored specific congressional trades. No real money is involved. It is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel any time from your account settings. If you cancel a Pro plan, you retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
